PROJECT OVERVIEW

The proposals set out a series of new and enhanced accessible public realm spaces within the application boundaries. This document outlines the design evolution and provides detailed proposals for each space, illustrating the overall aims and vision for the public realm across Plot A of the CWD Masterplan, as well as the landscape proposals associated with the Reserved Matters (RM) applications for Plots A1, A2, and Maritime Street. The public realm proposals encompass the areas surrounding Buildings A1 and A2, along with Maritime Street, collectively forming the full extent of the Plot A landscaping. This report summarises the overall public realm design and relates to several separate Reserved Matters Applications, including Building A2 (above ground) and its associated public realm (A2 RMA), Building A1 (above ground) and its associated public realm (A1 RMA), and the public realm associated with Maritime Street (Maritime Street RMA).
